Dear Members of the Selangor Bar,

Please be informed that following the implementation of Terra Box on 1st July 2026, the Terra Box Help Desk has been receiving frequent enquiries from law firm clerks regarding the procedures for completing application submissions through the portal for lodgement matters processed via Terra Box.

In view of the above, the PTGWPKL, in collaboration with the system vendor, will be conducting a training session on the completion of information in the portal for lodgement matters through Terra Box.

The details of the training session are as follows:

Date: 23rd July, 2026 (Thursday)
Time: 9.30am - 1.00pm
Venue: Dewan Serbaguna, Level 4, PTGWPKL

Please note that places are limited, and attendance is restricted to two (2) representatives from each law firm. Participants are kindly reminded to bring their own laptops, as ICT equipment will not be provided at the training session.

Staff who are responsible for completing and submitting information through the portal for lodgement matters via Terra Box are required to attend the above training session. Attendance may be confirmed by completing the registration form available at this link: https://forms.gle/yCXkQF7vERtN9Ykx7

Members’ cooperation is required in ensuring that the relevant staff attend this training session is greatly appreciated. It is hoped that the training will enable Terra Box application submissions through the portal to be carried out accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
