Dear Members and Chambering Pupils of the Selangor Bar,


Please be advised that Pejabat Tanah Daerah Klang requires the original issue document of title for any biometric verification involving transfer of property which is valued RM1 million and above/ proprietor whose age is 70 years and above, agricultural land of ½ acres and change of name or update of new identity card number (section 378 NLC) in the issue document of title.


A copy of Pejabat Tanah Daerah Klang’s Senarai Semak Biometrik Nilai RM1juta ke atas/ Penjual 70 tahun ke atas / keluasan ½ ekar ke atas (Pertanian) / Urusan Tukar Nama is reproduced herewith for easy reference. (Download PDF)
