The Selangor Bar Committee has just received a notification from the Pengarah of the Selangor Courts that a Judicial Officers Conference 2025 will be held from 5th to 8th May, 2025. 


In order to facilitate the efficiency of hearing of cases in the Selangor Courts, a Sessions Court Judge will be on duty at the Shah Alam Sessions Court to hear all new cases throughout the period of the conference.


The said Sessions Court Judge will sit at Sessions Court 2, 9th Floor, Annex Building, Shah Alam Court Complex. Therefore, all OKTs for new cases at Sessions Court from each Cost Centre must be brought to Sessions Court 2, Shah Alam.  


However, all new cases for the Magistrate's Court and all remand applications registered at each Cost Centre will be heard by the respective Deputy Registrars. Members are requested to plan the charges and registration of new cases at the Sessions and Magistrate Courts throughout this period.
