We are seeking individuals who are dedicated, ambitious, and self-motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to lawyers, including drafting and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and court filings
- Manage schedules, appointments, and court deadlines
- Handles client communications, including phone calls, emails, and meetings
- Maintain and organise legal files, both physical and electronic
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate with external parties (e.g., courts, clients, government agencies)
- Perform general office administration duties, including managing supplies and office upkeep
Requirement:
- Well organized and have an eye for detail
- Good command of the spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
