• 1 position preferably filled by a Chinese candidate proficient in Cantonese & Mandarin
• 3 to 5 years of experience in conveyancing practice
• Able to manage/handle SPA, loan documentation, sub-sale, project & perfection matters etc. independently
• Good working knowledge of conveyancing practice and procedures
• Responsible, proactive and able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
