- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and work in a team and able to multitask
- Able to handle sub-sales & developer SPA
- Good knowledge in conveyancing work (perfection of Transfer / perfection of Charge / Discharge of Charge / Deed of Receipt & Reassignment, online Land Searches, online RPGT submissions, online submission of adjudication and stamping)
- To liaise with clients and government authorities
- Good interpersonal and interaction skills
- Willing to learn
- At least one (1) to three (3) years experience
