Job Description:

- You will undergo practical legal training under the supervision of experienced lawyers.

- This position is ideal for law graduates seeking admission to the Malaysian Bar and looking to gain hands-on experience in legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, legal opinions, and submissions.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Attend court hearings, trials, and client meetings under the guidance of a senior lawyer.
- Observe and assist in litigation, conveyancing, and corporate legal matters.
- Handle file management, documentation, and administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.

Requirements:
- A recognized Law Degree (LL.B) from a reputable university.
- Completed Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) or Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) (if applicable).
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
- Responsible, eager to learn, and able to work independently and in a team

Paralegal

Job Description:
- You will assist lawyers in legal work, case preparation, and document drafting. This role is suitable for candidates with a legal background who are not yet qualified to practice law but wish to gain industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation.
- Draft legal documents, agreements, and correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, courts, and government agencies.
- Assist in file management, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Provide support in litigation, conveyancing, and corporate matters.
- Handle legal due diligence and compliance-related tasks.

Requirements:
- A Law Degree (LL.B) or diploma in legal studies.
- Prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant is an advantage.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
