Job Description
- Maintaining proper administration of files.
- Compiling, maintaining & updating the firm's records and database.
- Assisting lawyers in preparing legal documents and in liaising with clients and
relevant authorities.
- Handling any other administrative duties assigned from time to time by the firm.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Diploma holder or equivalent.
- Below 35 years of age.
- Possesses a good and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-player, diligent and have a good working attitude.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate and good command of Malay & English.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess own transport.
