Our firm is strategically located at the confluence of two major highways with a pedestrian bridge connecting our office to the Subang Jaya LRT/KTM station. We also offer a competitive salary and free parking (if needed).

The Job Description includes but is not limited to:-

- Assisting lawyers in the preparation, filing and service of court documents
- Assisting lawyers in managing diaries, arranging meetings, keeping track of court dates as well as client appointments
- To liaise with clients and authorities such as court officers, land office and other agencies
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and mail
- The ability to prepare basic financial documents such as claims, invoices and receipts
- To perform clerical and administrative duties and any ad hoc tasks

Qualifications and Requirements:-
- A minimum of 3 years' experience of working in a general litigation practice
- Familiarity with Malaysian court procedures and E-filing Systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Responsible, punctual, committed and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment with a positive working attitude
- Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia (Additional languages are a plus)
- Adept at using Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Core Matter software is an added advantage
