We are looking for an experienced and independent Conveyancing Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and be well-versed in most conveyancing matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling conveyancing matters independently, including sales and purchase agreements, transfers, and other property-related transactions.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in conveyancing.
- Performing ad-hoc legal tasks and providing sound legal advice when necessary.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years PQE in a legal environment.
- Experienced in conveyancing and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate when needed.
