| requirement |
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in litigation, including execution and enforcement proceedings.
- Possess at least a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent recognised qualification.
- Must be a qualified Advocate & Solicitor with a valid Practising Certificate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, responsible, mature and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Able to handle and conduct court proceedings, trials and appeals independently. |
