- Must called to the Malaysian Bar with a valid Practising Certificate
- Junior conveyancing lawyer (familiar with Project/Sub-sale/Housing Loan/Perfection of Transfer & Charge/Estate Matter (Letter of Administration)
- At least minimum 3-5 years experience in conveyancing/estate matter
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Able to work cooperatively with seniors paralegal / lawyers
- Good command in English & Malay (Writing & Speaking)
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Words/Office/Excel)
- Posses sense of commitment to job responsibilities
- Teachable & willing to learn
- A team player
- Posses own transport
